Mark Flack is a strategic accountant helping small businesses face the four key issues as they grow – Raising Capital, Building Equity, Protecting that equity and extracting the value you have built when you exit.

Mark has been involved in the growth of several businesses in Australia. Throughout his diverse career has been exposed to a range of industry sectors, and experienced first hand many of the challenges that business face in their attempt to grow. He has been a member of CPA Australia for over 15 years.

In 1988 Mark founded a software development company specialising in workflow automation and financial management for professional firms. The business distributed products throughout Australia and into the UK, New Zealand, South East Asia and the US. In 2000 the business was sold into an ASX listed company. Mark himself has also spent time in the public company arena and is a Director of listed financial services company Firstfolio Limited.

Mark is now passionate about assisting new and expanding businesses in exploring growth opportunities.
